I learned something about the energy block I sometimes experience in my lower chakras. It’s all about my vulnerability. It’s time for me to literally extend my body affectionately; to stop holding back my embrace. The Spirit told me that vanity is perverted vulnerability. Every identity I’ve confused as myself has been a façade to cover the child in me that wants to throw her arms around the world and say, “I love you!”
